Why Consultancy?

I have seen the Poultry Industry of this subcontinent from all 4 sides from 1984 to 2015; Firstly, as Technical support Manager of Poultry Pharmaceutical company, then I ventured as a Poultry Entrepreneur doing Contract Broiler farming, and finally as the Production Head of a Poultry Organisation with 10 Million monthly Broiler Production, and as a Business Head of an Indo-China JV Organisation to kick start Contract Broiler Farming.Poultry have given me enough; the knowledge, the recognition, the financial status, a big poultry society, opportunity to see new places & new people. It’s my turn to revert back and repay whatever is possible. As a freelance consultant, I can work freely beyond corporate limitations.At the start of my career when I was in Marketing, I enjoyed doing Private Practise during weekends. Being a veterinarian, I always wanted to do something as a private practitioner, something new where decision can be taken more from technical angle rather than commercial angle.I started my consultancy career when I felt free from liabilities after many hiccups in my professional carrier and also, I have enough experience & familiarity in the poultry industry to discharge my duties independently with full authority & 100% accountability.
